Tuff Love Soul Club’s own Ryan Wilson has been collecting records since high school. No stranger to the clubs of Liverpool, Ryan’s held residences all over the city since his college years. Wilson’s roots are etched in House and Hip Hop. His musical ear soon matured and he was eager to investigate the true source of the beats and samples he was dropping each week – The rare soul scene. Hooked.

Ryan and best mate Liam got their heads together in 2016 and created the Tuff Love Soul Club. A soul club based in Liverpool with no holds barred soul music as its driving beat. The more the club pushes the boundaries of soul music, the more the need to share these wonderful sounds and feelings increased and so a monthly radio show on Melodic Distraction radio soon followed.
Main heads such as Gilles Peterson, Floating points & Jeremy Underground are big collectors that have always influenced Ryan musically. Technically, Ryan’s sets are always on point and hes sure to pull out all the stops for LSW. Let’s go…
