The man behind the sound system known as the Wall of Sound that powers On The Real Side in Haydock as well as many other leading Northern Soul nights in the north of England and one of the founder members of The Orwell as well as being the man behind the Saints club which began in the late 80’s.

As a DJ, Barry is a mainstay for Richard Serlings events and his sets pack a bit of everything. Like his Orwell cohorts Flanny, Plumby & Steve Connor, Barry has a gargantuan record collection with a particular penchant for quality, rare crossover, northern and modern soul which pushes the boundaries whilst keeping the dance-floor bubbling with some tried and tested classics for good measure.
